When potential customers call your business after hours, most do not expect you to be in after 5pm. For our clients, we find that callers are pleased when they have the opportunity to simply ask for the information they need, rather than have to battle a voicemail system. When a customer is calling for simple information such as a fax number or e-mail address it is irritating for them to have to A: call back the following business day or B: leave a message on voicemail for your actual secretary to follow up in the morning. Readily available information can make or break a business and we would love to be that opportunity for you.

Appointment reminders are yet another service we provide. If you provide the schedule, we would love to be the professional, friendly alternative to an automated recording to remind your clients of upcoming service appointments or meetings with your representatives. Wake up calls are also another popular service. In the event of power outages alarm clocks can be unreliable, use the answering service as your friendly alternative to waking up late and subsequently missing an important meeting or flight.

In addition to playing the role of remote receptionist/after hours secretary, there is a call forward option that you can set up with your telephone provider so that your callers never hear a busy signal. Our advanced 'Following Dispatch' service allows you to notify us of where you will be and which numbers to try first, even if they are different than your current, standing procedure.
